Hello!
I’m Noel, a hospice caregiver turned home organizer and KonMari® Consultant-in-Training. Initially hired to care for the sick, I noticed how stressed and overwhelmed my clients were in the homes intended to be their sanctuaries. Worries about tripping hazards, inability to find things, and losing control inspired me to help them declutter and organize. After helping my clients organize, they felt more peaceful, could focus on hobbies and important pursuits, and be more present for themselves and others. Witnessing these benefits inspired me to pursue this work through a wellness-first approach.
I help forward-thinking people simplify their homes for lasting change. I specialize in working with seniors, women, people of color, individuals with disabilities, and those from diverse cultural backgrounds.
“I believe life is enriched by culture, connection, and presence. My tailored services are designed to help you make intentional decisions to create a nurturing home. One that honors your roots, values, and ambitions.”

The Process
Commit
Truly putting your home in order takes dedication and patience. The most important step is setting the intention to invest the time and resources you need to get organized. Your motivations, priorities, and goals guide the work.
Curate
Using a values-based approach, you will focus on what you want to keep —identify the items that bring you joy and support your current lifestyle. We will work together to clarify what enhances your home and life and what does not.

Maintaining new systems and staying organized takes time, practice, and refinement. If you need extra support, regular maintenance sessions and coaching will keep you on track with your ideal space and lifestyle.
“I am a cancer patient. Noel’s kind, peaceful and patient presence has done much to help ease me through some of the more difficult hours of my cancer treatment.
Noel brought order and organization to badly disorganized areas of my house and life. I spent nearly forty years as a philosophy professor before retiring and spent a lot of that time lost in thought. My disorganized basement, closets, filing “systems” and even many of the open spaces of my house reflected that. I didn’t realize how unsettling all that chaos was to me until Noel brought order to it and I felt such a deep sense of relief.
And organizing wasn’t the only thing she did above and beyond the usual responsibilities. Basically, if she noticed any area of my house or life she could improve she improved it and did so with efficiency, generosity and grace. That is what she understands her job to be.
With gratitude”
